Bounce Energy Terms and Conditions
All rewards and bill credits are only redeemable when bills are paid consecutively on-time. $10 bill credit: Must pay 3 bills on time. Bounce Energy Loyalty Program: Customer must pay 6 bills on time to redeem airfare or movie tickets, must pay 12 bills on time to redeem $75 bill credits, and must pay 24 bills on time to redeem free month electricity. All rewards are rewarded once per customer.

Plus, the $4.95 monthly service fee will be waived for each billing cycle in which your usage is 1,000 kilowatt hours (kWh) or more. A $200 early termination fee will apply if you terminate service prior to the expiration of the contract term. This fee will not apply if you move and provide a forwarding address and other evidence to verify that you have moved.

Contract Term
Bounce Energy will send you notice of your contract expiration at least 14 days prior to the end of your initial contract term of 6 bills so that you can make a decision on what new plan and contract you want. If you fail to take action to ensure that you continue to receive electric service from us upon expiration of your contract, then you will continue to be served by us automatically following the end of your contract term pursuant to a default renewal product, which shall be a month-to-month product.
